Hurricane Booking Terms of Service

Hurricane Booking provides an AI phone receptionist, appointment booking, a customer list, and — where you enable it — text and email messaging to your customers. We provide the tools; how you use them is your responsibility.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, for your team members' access, and for keeping your login secure. You confirm you are authorized to act for the business you register.

You agree to honor and abide by these terms, and specifically that you will:

• Use the calling and messaging features only for lawful, legitimate communications with your own customers and contacts.
• Not send spam, unsolicited, deceptive, or harassing messages, and not use the SMS promotional or broadcast features to message people who have not agreed to hear from you.
• Obtain and keep proof of valid consent (opt-in) from every person before texting them, and promptly honor opt-out requests (STOP), consistent with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA guidelines, and mobile carrier requirements.
• Not send content that is illegal, or that carriers prohibit (for example messages involving fraud, illegal substances, hate, or adult content).
• Provide truthful information in any text-messaging (A2P) registration you submit.

The customer information you collect and store in Hurricane Booking belongs to you and your customers, and you are responsible for how it is handled. You agree that you will not sell, rent, or trade your customers' personal information, and will not misuse it or share it in violation of your privacy policy or applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining a privacy policy that accurately describes your practices.

You are solely responsible for your use of Hurricane Booking, for the messages and content you send, for obtaining proper consent, and for your handling of your customers' data. If you violate these terms — including by sending spam, messaging people without consent, or selling or misusing customer data — that is your responsibility, not Hurricane Industries LLC's.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hurricane Industries LLC, its owners and staff, from any claims, fines, penalties, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your content, your consent practices, your data handling, or your breach of these terms. Hurricane Industries LLC acts only as a technology provider and is not responsible for your communications or your compliance obligations.

We may suspend or terminate your account, and release your phone number, if you violate these terms, if required by a carrier or by law, or if your subscription lapses. You may cancel at any time from Billing.

Fees are described on your Billing page and the pricing page. Some usage beyond your plan (such as extra call time and promotional texts) is drawn from prepaid credit you add.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hurricane Industries LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for messages that are delayed, filtered, or not delivered by carriers.
